- Schedule an in-person visit with a qualifying medical card doctor near you. You’ll need to present a Florida I.D., passport or another form of ID with a photo. You and your physician will discuss your medical concerns and Florida’s qualifying conditions.
- Appointments only take 10-15 minutes with a followup every seven months. Your medical card doctor will submit information into Florida’s patient registry where shortly after you’ll receive an ID number by email to use at any medical dispensary. A physical ID card will be mailed to you within 1-2 weeks.
