  1. Schedule an in-person visit with a qualifying medical card doctor near you<\/strong>. You\u2019ll need to present a Florida I.D., passport or another form of ID with a photo. You and your physician will discuss your medical concerns and Florida\u2019s qualifying conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Appointments only take 10-15 minutes with a followup every seven months<\/strong>. Your medical card doctor will submit information into Florida\u2019s patient registry where shortly after you\u2019ll receive an ID number by email to use at any medical dispensary. A physical ID card will be mailed to you within 1-2 weeks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
